Our Team

Your progress through the Paraveda Meditation™ program will be guided by our extensively trained and experienced teachers. Fred Tan and Anamargret Sanchez each have decades of experience teaching meditation and mindfulness modalities. They have designed the five Paraveda Meditation™ tracks to convey this knowledge to you in a clear and effective way that will lead to steady development of your personal practice.

Fred Tan
Fred Tan
Founder
Fred discovered meditation in 1994, and his practice quickly began to help him cope with the stress of his career as a trader and portfolio manager in NYC. However, it wasn’t until he started to study with spiritual teachers such as Yogarupa Rod Stryker and Manorama and explore wisdom traditions such as Shamanism and Native American spirituality, that his meditation practice began to take root.
26 years later meditation is central to Fred’s life. His daily practice allows him to remain calm, focused, and self-aware during these unprecedented times, and also offers him the opportunity to remain connected to his deepest self while being fully present in the world.
Fred’s goal is to share with others the tools and practices that have helped him achieve Peace and Happiness. The world’s energy has intensified, and it is incumbent upon each of us to achieve equanimity and inner stillness amidst today’s chaos.
