Humanly Holy: Meditations on Your Essential Self from the Timeless Upanishads

Connect with your Soul in sacred community. Weaving restorative poses, meditation, journaling, and group sharing in a sacred space, this 4-part workshop series of 90-minute classes will be based on readings from the Upanishads as translated by Eknath Easwaran. Facilitated by Inge Sengelmann, psychotherapist and certified ParaYoga teacher, this workshop will help you shed layers of stress to deepen your connection with the ever-present, unchanging, eternal Self.  This immutable Self is always available to provide comfort and guidance during this period of worldly chaos. Please have some pillows and blankets available to support your poses, as well as a nice journal and favorite ink pen to write with. You might also want to light a candle and have a sacred object of your choice nearby to honor divinity as we gather in sacred community. Book reading is suggested but not required. We will meet for four 90-minute sessions: Sunday, Oct 25, 3:30-5:00pm (ET) Sunday, Nov 1, 3:30-5:00pm (ET) Sunday, Nov 8, 3:30-5:00pm (ET) Sunday, Nov 15, 3:30-5:00pm (ET) WHAT: Humanly Holy: Meditations on Your Essential Self from the Timeless Upanishads  WHEN: Four Sunday afternoon sessions; Oct 25 – Nov. 15, 3:30 – 5:50 pm (ET) WHERE: Streaming through ZOOM INVESTMENT: By donation at 1) $32 2) $48, 3) $72
